PrimeVerse provides digital mentorship and services. Therefore:
No Refunds on Purchased Programs
Once a user purchases any of the following programs:
- PrimeStart Program
- PrimeAdvance Program
- PrimeElite Program
The payment is non-refundable.
This is because:
- Digital content and mentorship services are immediately accessible upon purchase
- The value is delivered instantly (videos, frameworks, Discord access, mentorship)
- Content cannot be "returned" like physical goods
- Refunds would create opportunity for abuse and fraud
Exceptions - Refunds Only Applicable If:
- Duplicate Payment Occurs
- If you are charged twice for the same program in error
- Refund will be processed for the duplicate charge only
- Technical Billing Errors
- If a billing error is confirmed by our payment processor
- Must be reported within 48 hours of purchase
- Requires proper documentation and evidence
⚠️ Important: All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase with proper documentation. Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be considered.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, follow these steps:

- Include your order ID, transaction date, and reason
- Attach relevant screenshots or proof of the issue
- Our team will review within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
Program Cancellation & Course Access
Regarding Course Access and Membership:
- Access to course materials and Discord community continues as long as your purchase is valid
- Cancellation of membership does not entitle you to a refund
- Upon cancellation, your access to course materials may be revoked after a 30-day notice period
- You are responsible for downloading or saving any course materials you need before cancellation takes effect
What Is NOT Refundable
- Trading losses or unsuccessful prop firm attempts (not a service defect)
- Dissatisfaction with course content or results (subjective matter)
- Change of mind after purchase
- Technical issues on your device or internet connection
- Misuse of content or account suspension due to violations
