Exceptions - Refunds Only Applicable If:

  1. Duplicate Payment Occurs
    • If you are charged twice for the same program in error
    • Refund will be processed for the duplicate charge only
  2. Technical Billing Errors
    • If a billing error is confirmed by our payment processor
    • Must be reported within 48 hours of purchase
    • Requires proper documentation and evidence
